Please note due to Royal Mail Industrial Action we can not guarantee your delivery.
We do recommend placing your order as soon as possible, due to the backlogs at Royal Mail sorting centres.

Royal Mail Strikes
Due to Royal Mail industrial action there will be disruptions to our delivery/collection services. These delays are beyond our control and we appreciate your patience during this time.

The strikes are planned for the following dates:

Friday 23rd December 

Saturday 24th December 

Please note if your Royal Mail tracking number is not updating it maybe due to the backlogs at the Royal Mail sorting centres. 

General Shipping Information:

Royal Mail and Fedex deliver between 8:30am – 18:00hrs If you are not going to be at the delivery address, please give a safe place to leave your order or an alternative address.

Outside the UK mainland, all shipping costs are estimated on your order. Shipping costs are calculated on actual order weight, order dimensions and actual address.

Parcels are normally only delivered between Monday and Friday.

Although we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Made With Love is not liable for delays beyond our control.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs and duties.  We suggest that you check with your local Government with regards to any fees.
